What we provide

Our prequalification packet is maintained current and includes the documents public owners, agencies and prime contractors typically require. If your process uses a specific form or portal, send it and we will complete it directly.

Most requests are answered within one business day. For active pursuits, our estimating team can also provide project-specific references and a draft schedule.

Financial statements

Three years of reviewed financial statements, bank references and a current surety letter.

Prequalified

Where we hold approvals

Craneway Civil Construction is prequalified with the Washington State Department of Transportation, the Oregon Department of Transportation, Pierce, King, Snohomish and Thurston counties, and a range of cities and special-purpose districts across the region.

We also maintain current federal SAM registration and have delivered work for USACE and NAVFAC. If your agency requires a separate prequalification submittal, we will complete it and track the renewal date internally.

What is Craneway Civil Construction’s bonding capacity?

We maintain a $150 million aggregate bonding capacity with a $60 million single-project limit through our surety. Current bonding and financial references are included in our prequalification packet, which can be requested from our estimating team.

Are you certified as a DBE, MBE or WBE?

Craneway Civil Construction is not a DBE, MBE or WBE firm. We are experienced in meeting participation goals and routinely work with certified firms through our subcontracting program. Our compliance team can provide participation reporting and good-faith-effort documentation for federal and state-funded projects.

What insurance do you carry?

We carry general liability, automobile, workers’ compensation, umbrella and builder’s risk coverage at limits that meet or exceed typical public-agency requirements. Current certificates and additional-insured endorsements are available from our risk department with the prequalification packet.
