Our Seattle crews work in the tightest urban conditions in the region: lane closures under state route bridges, pipeline replacements through established neighborhoods, and treatment plant upgrades on sites with no room to stage.

We maintain staff and equipment in South Seattle and keep emergency crews available for the regional water and transportation systems. Current work includes bridge deck replacement on arterial crossings and a transmission main replacement through north Seattle.

Permitting in King County and the City of Seattle is coordinated before mobilization, including right-of-way use, noise variances and fish-window restrictions.
