Project Engineer
Support a bridge and roadway project from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for submittals, RFIs, cost tracking and field coordination.
Project engineers at Craneway Civil Construction work directly with the superintendent and project manager, and they spend real time in the field. You will manage submittals and RFIs, track quantities and cost, coordinate subcontractors, and help build the schedule. This role is based on a project in the Seattle area with occasional travel to other regional sites.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
- 2–5 years of heavy civil or infrastructure experience
- Experience with submittals, RFIs and cost reporting
- Familiarity with public-agency documentation
- Willingness to work in the field, not only the office
