Superintendent
Lead field operations on a water transmission and pump station project, with responsibility for safety, schedule, quality and crew development.
Craneway Civil Construction superintendents run the work. You will plan the sequence, direct crews and subcontractors, own the daily safety plan, and coordinate with the owner’s field representatives. This project includes pipeline, concrete and mechanical scope, and the role reports to the VP of Field Operations.
What you bring
- 10+ years of heavy civil field experience
- 5+ years as a superintendent on public infrastructure
- Experience with pipeline, concrete or treatment plant construction
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong scheduling and crew leadership skills
