Safety Manager
Support project teams with site-specific safety planning, field audits, training and incident investigation across the regional portfolio.
This role works in the field with superintendents and crews, not only in the office. You will review high-risk work plans, conduct audits, lead incident investigations and deliver training. Experience with heavy civil, treatment plants or marine work is particularly relevant.
What you bring
- 5+ years in construction safety
- CSP, CHST or equivalent certification
- Experience with OSHA and Washington DOSH requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to regional project sites
